island, offering up panoramic views of the Marin Headlands, the Golden
Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, the San Francisco skyline, the Bay Bridge and

Follow the Old Coast Road - the original coast "highway"
linking Big Sur to Monterey. This dirt farm road winds through the
coastal redwood groves and across scenic bluffs with ocean views.
Marathoners turn around at the famed Bixby Bridge.
